Question: What’s the average cost of a project?

Next, we develop a design solution for your project and give you estimates as the basis for further discussion.  Design Tech Remodeling provides its customers with the ability to custom design their space to meet their specifications.  Our on-staff designers, carpenters and trusted trade partners will skillfully execute your interior remodel to give you the “Wow” space you’ve always wanted.  A typical kitchen remodel costs  approximately $75,000.00 and up, and a sandard bathroom remodel costs $48,000.00 and up.  Contact us today to discuss your project.

Question: Why do Design Build firms cost more than General Contractors?

Question: I’m not very decisive, and I’ve never remodeled a kitchen. How do I go about making my selections?

Since we’ve been to your home and know your taste and style, we make sure your selections fit the style of your home. Question: Is it necessary to apply for a city or municipal permit for my remodeling job?

Answer: Most will require at least three permits, building, plumbing, and electrical. For your convenience, our staff will pull the permits and meet the inspectors.

Question: Does Design Tech Remodeling have its own employees or do they use trade contractors?

Answer: The Design Tech Remodeling Design Team consists of 3 full-time designers who assist the homeowners in every step of the process. Our skilled carpenters have a vested interest in each project as they have been with us for over 15 years, and one is even part owner of the company. Our trusted trade partners are an extension of our Design Tech Remodeling Team and understand the philosophy we adhere to, “Excellence in Customer Service”.

Question: Does the entire remodeling job have to be paid upfront or can we do it in installments?

Answer: The job will not need to be paid for upfront. Here is a typical payment schedule:
• 45% down payment at the execution of the contract 
• 45% down payment when cabinets are delivered
• 10% is due after substantial completion

Question: Do you accept credit card payments?

Answer: At this time, Design Tech Remodeling accepts cash or check payments only.
