IN-HOME CONSULTATION
The Design Tech Remodeling process begins with a complimentary in-home consultation to discuss your project and exchange ideas. This includes reviewing the space of the renovation, discussing your goals and priorities in detail, and establishing a realistic budget.
Proposal
Design Tech Remodeling takes great pride in providing clients the most comprehensive proposal. The proposal details the scope of the project, services provided, and the products to be used so that you have a complete understanding of the process and the costs. Upon approval of the proposal, the fun begins.
Interior Home Design
After making some preliminary decisions regarding style and products, our designers will prepare an initial design for your review. The design will consider how you live, work and relax. Our goal is to deliver a finished project that enhances your lifestyle, provides daily enjoyment, and adds value to your home.
FINAL DESIGNS & PRODUCT SELECTIONS
Remodeling is an ongoing process. Designs are further developed until we bring together all the unique aspects of a particular remodeling project. Product selection is immensely important to enhance look and functionality. There are thousands of products to choose from. It’s our pleasure to take you to our distributors, where you will see cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, porcelain tile, flooring, lighting fixtures, and cabinet hardware. We will assist you through the selection process, utilizing our many years of experience and knowledge of the industry trends so your decision is an informed one and the perfect choice for your home. We are thoroughly committed to meeting your needs and transforming your space into reality.
Construction Process
With the selection process complete, materials ordered, and lead times established, a critical preconstruction meeting with your designer and project manager will take place before any demolition. This meeting is essential for solidifying the project plan and ensuring complete alignment among all parties regarding the schedule, communication strategies, site logistics, quality control measures, and introductions to key team members. This also marks the formal handover of the project from the designer to the project manager, who then takes full responsibility for the successful execution of the construction phase. The project manager will be your primary contact, supervising all carpenters and trade partners, maintaining quality and safety standards, and resolving any unexpected challenges. As the project nears completion, the project manager will collaborate directly with homeowners to develop a final walkthrough list and guarantee the project meets their expectations and Design Tech Remodeling’s standards. At the end of your project, a final walkthrough with the designer, salesperson, project manager, and homeowners will provide an opportunity to discuss the project execution and gather valuable customer feedback.
