The fourth generation living in the original 1852 family homestead with additional space added in 1920’s wanted to remodel the main first floor bathroom, add a separate laundry room, transform the lower level into bar, bedroom, powder room and living, entertainments space of their dreams for the family and guests to enjoy. Our firm overcame some structural challenges in order to achieve the dream living pace for the homeowner with sophisticated rustic farm style while maintaining the original family legacy. The final project exceeds the clients’ expectations and incorporate everything on their long wish list.
