Mequon, WI – Design Tech Remodeling, a leading remodeling company, has won the prestigious National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Remodeler of the Year 2022 Silver Award for Residential Bath: $50,001 to $75,000. This award recognizes the company’s outstanding work in the remodeling industry and its commitment to excellence.
The NARI Remodeler of the Year Awards are presented annually to NARI members who have demonstrated exceptional work in their respective categories. Design Tech Remodeling was selected as the Silver Award winner in the Residential Bath category for their exceptional work on a bathroom remodel project with a budget of $50,001 to $75,000.

Design Tech Remodeling’s winning project was a complete remodel of a main bathroom. The end result was a modern take on a period-style bathroom with black and white floweret tiles contrasted with the bright white subway tiles that reflect the style of the home and accentuate the sloped sink wall and ceiling. The unlacquered brass fixtures provide elegance and sophistication to the room while adding an aged appearance. The original clawfoot tub was resurfaced, and the underside was painted a rose color to give a pop of color to the space.
